Daniel Luckhardt

Daniel Luckhardt is an experienced Senior MEP Estimator with a robust background in construction cost estimating and cost management services. Currently employed at Turner Construction Company since October 2022, Daniel provides pre-construction cost estimating services for the San Diego, Phoenix, and Southern California regions. Previous roles include Senior MEP Estimator positions at O'Connor Construction Management, Inc., SWINERTON BUILDERS, BNBuilders, Balfour Beatty Construction Services US, and Cumming Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and heavy civil infrastructure cost estimates, as well as early design phase cost management. Daniel also served as Senior Estimator at O'Connor Construction Management, contributing to change order and constructibility reviews, and as Senior Cost Manager at Vanir Construction Management, overseeing significant capital improvement projects.
