Menes Allain is currently an Assistant Superintendent at Turner Construction Company and is a senior majoring in Construction Engineering Technology at Temple University. Previously, Menes was an Amplify Leadership Scholar at iMentor, where they participated in leadership development alongside first-generation college students. They completed an internship at Moss Electrical & General Contracting, gaining hands-on experience in electrical contracting, and have also served as a Summer Camp Counselor and a Security Guard with prior experience at the Philadelphia Youth Network and Imperial Events Security Services, respectively.
