Jen has over 20 years of experience in building, operating, and optimizing each phase of the customer journey in both service delivery and software companies. Prior to joining Turn/River, Jen held executive leadership positions in a variety of industries, including network security, content marketing, and supply chain & logistics. At Rapid7, NewsCred, and 3PL Central, she built and led the teams that drove global retention and growth, including account management, professional services, onboarding, and support.
