Dawn James

Dawn James is an experienced professional currently serving as an Inside Sales Representative at TVH since May 2023. Prior to this role, Dawn held positions at Cervus Equipment from February 2007 to March 2019, starting as a Service Coordinator before being promoted to Service Manager, where responsibilities included managing daily operations, employee development, and workflow coordination. Dawn's earlier experience includes working as a Mail Carrier at Canada Post / Postes Canada from February 2005 to October 2006, focusing on customer service and mail delivery.
