Founding Team

About

The four co-founders of tvScientific all have experience in founding and running companies, as well as experience in the industry and digital media. Two of the co-founders, Johnathan and Andrew, met while working together at a digital advertising company. They then went on to start their own company, Binary, which was acquired by a larger company. After that, they both took on advisory roles for other startups. Johnathan is also on the board of directors for UpdateAI, a company that uses artificial intelligence to update software. Andrew is also on the board of directors for Camino Robotics, a company that makes robots for the home. The other two co-founders, Chris and Ryan, met while they were both working on their PhDs in engineering at Caltech. Chris went on to work in the energy industry, founding Carbon Capture, a company that captures carbon dioxide emissions from power plants. Ryan founded Elementary Robotics, a company that makes educational robots for kids. Both Chris and Ryan have also served on the board of advisors for QuickFrame, a video editing software company.
