Jennifer Jones

Jennifer Jones is an accomplished finance professional serving as the Vice President of Investment and Finance Operations at TWG Global since September 2025. Previously, Jennifer held various roles at IQ-EQ, including Managing Director and Associate Director of Private Equity Operations, as well as Senior Manager and Manager within the same division. Prior to IQ-EQ, Jennifer worked at Warren Equity Partners in Finance & Accounting and at Castlelake as a Senior Associate and Associate. Jennifer's career began with positions at Pilot Corporation of America and Logistic Services International, Inc. after completing an accounting internship at the University of Iowa Facilities Management. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Business Studies in Accounting and Spanish from the University of Iowa and later attained a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from the Florida Institute of Technology.
