Erin Miller

Erin Miller is an accomplished Senior Program Manager for Global Diversity and Inclusion at Twilio, with a strong background in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives. Prior to this role, Erin served as a Senior Staff DEIB Business Partner at Cruise, leading significant DEIB transformations that improved organizational culture and employee experiences. Erin’s experience includes serving as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist at the Texas Department of Transportation, where Erin developed the organization’s inaugural Employee Resource Group (ERG) program. Additional expertise was gained as a DEI consultant and as a Learning and Development Specialist at Bumble, advocating for DEIB initiatives at the senior leadership level. Erin holds a Master of Public Affairs in Leadership from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Willamette University.
