Catherine Smith

Catherine Smith currently serves as a Quality Coach at Twinings since October 2023. Prior to this role, Catherine held multiple positions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., including Plant Hygienist from June 2017 to October 2023, where responsibilities included leading environmental monitoring and developing contamination control plans, as well as preparing annual reports. Additionally, Catherine worked as a QC Microbiologist and Product Evaluator, supporting the Senior QC Lab Manager in daily laboratory activities and testing materials to ensure compliance with internal specifications. Catherine began her career at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as an Industrial Placement Student - Microbiologist Technician from July 2015 to August 2016. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Surrey, obtained in 2017.
