Tom Asher

Tom Asher has extensive experience in various leadership roles focused on customer support and engagement. At Twist Bioscience, Tom served as VP and Senior Director of Global Support, as well as Director of Global Support. Prior roles include Customer Success Consultant at AllCells, LLC and VP of Operations and Customer Experience at a Holistic Health Care Startup in Stealth Mode. Tom also held the position of Senior VP of Customer Engagement at Humach and General Manager at The Action Company. Tom holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Vassar College and an M.B.A. in Management from Golden Gate University.
