Lucy Puddick has a strong work experience history. Lucy started their career at Barclays in 2011, where they progressed through various roles including Cashier, Personal Banker, Operational Specialist, and Branch Manager. During their time as Branch Manager, they achieved excellent results in key performance indicators and customer satisfaction, earning their the People's Choice of the Year Award. In 2016, they joined American Express as a Customer Experience & Innovation Manager before moving to Esme Loans in 2018 as a Product Manager. Currently, they are working at Tyl by NatWest as a Product Manager, starting in 2021.
Lucy Puddick earned a First Class BA (Hons) degree in Business Management and Leadership from Anglia Ruskin University, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications, including Google Design Sprint Facilitation 3.0 from Design Sprint Academy in May 2019, Design Thinking Facilitation for Creative Leadership from Design Thinkers Academy London in July 2018, and Design Thinking Practice - Design and Innovation Management from Design Thinkers Academy London in November 2016. Lucy also holds certifications in User Experience (UX) Foundations from Human Factors International in March 2016, Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in December 2015, and BCS Certification in Business Analysis Practice from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in April 2015.
