Josh Force serves as the Art Director for UX/UI at Tyndale House Publishers since November 2004, where responsibilities include the development of UX/UI initiatives through methodologies such as wireframing, prototyping, and user testing. In this role, Josh directly manages over 40 web projects and occasionally engages in branding and book cover design. Previously, Josh held the position of UX Team Manager / Designer, focusing on team leadership and the implementation of UX design principles while managing both front and back-end web development. Prior experience includes a role as web manager/designer at Lynch 2 from May 2000 to November 2004. Josh earned a Bachelor’s degree in Design and Visual Communications from Judson University between 1996 and 2000.
