Akshay Patel

Akshay Patel currently holds positions in engineering at Typeface and as a Scout at Pear VC, while also serving as an Analyst at Pantera Capital, a crypto hedge fund managing $4.3 billion in assets under management. Previous experiences include serving as a KP Engineering Fellow at Kleiner Perkins and a Software Engineer at Bonfire. Akshay has also held roles as a Venture Fellow at Pear VC, a Software Engineer Intern at Coinbase focusing on backend engineering for security and resilience, a Software Development Engineer Intern at Amazon, and a Software Engineer Intern at Zighra on the mobile platform team. Akshay participated in the UC Berkeley Management, Entrepreneurship, & Technology (M.E.T.) program.
