Vitaliy Sklema

Vitaliy Sklema has a diverse background in engineering and management roles. Vitaliy began their career in 2004 as an Atypical Fault Researcher at Pelephone. In 2005, they joined Clalit Health Services as a Biomedical Engineer. At Clalit, they gained experience in the healthcare industry and worked with various medical equipment. In 2012, Vitaliy joined Tzamal Medical Group as the Head of Biomedical Engineering division. In this role, they managed multidisciplinary teams and successfully oversaw projects from concept to implementation. Vitaliy'sexpertise includes working with surgical equipment from leading manufacturers and contributing to surgical procedures as an engineer.

Vitaliy Sklema completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business strategy and business entrepreneurship from Ono Academic College from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in RF and Electronics from Tel Aviv University between 1992 and 1997. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in medical equipment and technology from several institutions.
