Frank Cutter

Frank Cutter possesses extensive experience in logistics and operations management, currently serving as Operations Manager at U-POL Global since May 2014, where previous roles included Warehouse & Logistics Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, and Warehouse Associate. In addition, Frank Cutter is the owner of Tint Wurx LLC since April 2021. Earlier professional experience includes a position in Parks and Recreation at Bangor Borough from August 2013 to July 2014 and maintenance and delivery at Franklin Hill Vineyards from February 2013 to August 2013. Frank Cutter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Colorado Technical University, earned between 2016 and 2018, and also studied at Penn State University from 2014 to 2016.
