Stephen Hart

Stephen Hart currently serves as the Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff for Plans and Programs at the United States Air Force, following a tenure as the Deputy Director of Strategy, Requirements, Plans and Programs at the United States Space Force. With extensive experience in various leadership roles within the United States Air Force, Stephen led divisions responsible for war planning, policy development, and air operations, including significant positions such as Commander of the 617th Air Operations Center and Chief of the War Planning & Policy Division. Stephen holds a Master’s Degree in Military Strategic Studies from the Air War College and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Webster University, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno.
