Pamela Devine

Pamela Devine is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in project and program management within federal civilian agencies. Currently serving as the Compensation & Pension Product Line Manager at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since September 2018, Pamela has also held various roles including Deputy Program Manager for VBMS and IT Project Manager. Previous to this, significant experience was gained at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where Pamela managed the $95 million Homeland Advanced Recognition Technology (HART) project. Additional roles span organizations such as the Defense Technical Information Center, Marine Corps Systems Command, and the Defense Intelligence Agency, among others, covering areas in information technology, cybersecurity, and administrative functions. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from American InterContinental University and an Associate of Arts from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
