Marcelo Morales Rins

Marcelo Morales Rins is the Chief Product Officer at Ualá. Marcelo has over eight years of experience in product management and business development.

Marcelo started their career as a Project Integration Engineer at Gemalto, where they worked for two years. Marcelo then transitioned to Artificial Intelligence Researcher at Universidad de Palermo, where they worked for two years. After that, they became a Product Manager at Gemalto, where they worked for four years.

In their current role as CPO at Ualá, Marcelo is responsible for leading the product team and defining the product strategy. Marcelo also manages the company's product roadmap and works closely with the engineering team to ensure that the products are being built according to the roadmap.

Morales Rins has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidad Torcuato di Tella, and is also an engineer with a focus in electronics and communications from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'. In addition, they have various certifications from INSEAD, Columbia Business School, Coursera, Emeritus, Scrum Alliance, Red Hat, Linux Professional Institute, and Cambridge ESOL.

Marcelo Morales Rins reports to Pierpaolo Barbieri, Founder & CEO. Marcelo Morales Rins works with Marko Maslucan Huaita - Head of Business Development, Diego Solveira - Head of People, and Damián Alejandro Camarasa - Head of Engineering.
