Raquelle Azar

Raquelle Azar is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Growth and Strategic Programs for Central Operations in the Middle East & Africa at Uber since September 2017. In this role, Raquelle manages a team focused on launching and scaling non-core products, marketplace and supply acquisition, airport operations, and global event management. Previous positions held at Uber include General Manager for Qatar and interim UAE General Manager. Prior to Uber, Raquelle worked at BRF as a Regional Strategy & Operations Specialist and at Deloitte & Touche in a senior consulting role specializing in strategy and operations. Raquelle began a career in production management at Oriental Paper Products and completed an internship in industrial engineering with Renault. Raquelle holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from the Lebanese American University.
