Jared Wayne

Jared Wayne's work experience includes various roles in operations management and leadership positions in the military. In their current role as an Operations Manager at Ubiquiti Inc., they are responsible for overseeing operations within the company. Prior to that, they served as an Operations Officer for the 48th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, where they were responsible for the planning and execution of training for over 500 soldiers. Jared also served as a Squadron Operations Officer for the 56th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, where they played a key role in planning and executing training for the squadron. Before transitioning into the private sector, Jared Wayne served in various leadership positions in the United States Army and Army National Guard, including Troop Commander, Company Commander, and Logistics Officer. Jared has extensive experience in managing personnel, planning and executing training, and ensuring operational readiness.

Jared Wayne attended the Sidwell Friends School from 1998 to 2002, where they completed their high school education. Jared then went on to the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from 2002 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Jared also obtained several certifications from the US Army. In July 2005, they completed the Air Assault course. Later, in August 2011, they successfully completed the Infantry Mortar Leader Course and became a Parachutist. Finally, in June 2012, they obtained the Jumpmaster certification.
