An Australian citizen, Anika has served in a diverse range of global leadership roles across Sydney, London, Paris, and Singapore. Most recently, she was Global HR Director at [Dyson](/org/dyson), where she led an HR team supporting [Dyson](/org/dyson)’s Global Markets, steering the team through the Covid-19 crisis and the transformation of the Company’s operating model. Anika previously held the position of Senior Director HR at [Uber](/org/uber), where she led a Global HR Business Partner team for [Uber](/org/uber)'s Core Business, establishing an international HR team within a context of hyper-growth and leading culture change across significant parts of the business. Prior to [Uber](/org/uber), Anika was the APAC HR Director at [Accenture](/org/accenture), where she was responsible for all HR service delivery across eight markets. Anika is currently a Board Advisor at Ecosystm, a digital technology research and advisory firm, and AwanTunai, an Indonesian Fintech enabling financial inclusion. She graduated from UNSW Australia with a BSc (Business Information Technology).

A Spanish national and graduate of ICADE in Economics and Laws in 1990, Belén began her career at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where she spent two years. Belén then held several key Human Resources roles in international companies: overseeing European HR affairs for PSA Group (1993 – 1998), directing careers development for Valeo (1999 – 2000), heading International Mobility for Danone (2000 – 2004) and leading the HR function at Hermes Industrial division (2005 – 2008), Hermes Sellier (2008 – 2012). Between 2012 and 2016, she served as Group Head of Human Resources, member of the Executive Committee at Kering. Since 2019, Mrs. Essioux Trujillo serves as Senior Vice President Human Resources Professional Products Division at L'Oréal.

Belén brings to the Board solid operational experience acquired in large international companies, where she successfully contributed to grow individuals and nurture high-level creative and non-creative talents, notably at Kering. As a specialist in human resources issues, she will provide the Board with a sharp and expert view on these topics, which are of paramount importance to Ubisoft.
