Ajit Divaraniya

Ajit Divaraniya is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in managing middle office operations and financial oversight within the asset management sector. Currently serving as Director and Head of CLO Middle Office at Credit Suisse Asset Management since November 2019, Ajit oversees end-to-end operations and reporting for the CLO business. Prior roles include Executive Director at FS Investments, where Ajit built and managed teams across various financial functions for approximately $22 billion in assets under management, and Vice President at Fifth Street Asset Management, focusing on direct lending and private credit operations. Earlier career highlights include positions at Black Diamond Capital Management and Silver Point Capital, where Ajit managed CLOs and supported critical trading and compliance activities.
