Colby Halligan Gordon

Colby Halligan Gordon currently serves as the Associate Director of Development for the Eastern Region at the University of California, Berkeley, co-leading major gift fundraising efforts with significant success, including raising over $17 million in FY24. Previously, Colby held roles including Associate Director of Development focused on Student Experience and Diversity, achieving $3 million in FY22 and $400,000 in FY21 in new gifts, while managing a portfolio of over 130 donors. Colby's earlier experience includes positions at Larkin Street Youth Services as an Individual Giving Officer and Prospect Analyst, and as a Research Associate at Ecology Action Centre, emphasizing sustainable agriculture. Colby has also participated in various impactful internships and was a semi-finalist for the Rhodes Scholarship. Colby holds a B.S. in Environmental Science and a B.A. in Public Health from Elon University.
