Dione Lee Rossiter

Dione Lee Rossiter, PhD, currently serves as the Executive Director for Science at Cal at the University of California, Berkeley, since February 2020. With extensive experience in science communication, Rossiter has hosted seminars across various prestigious institutions and conferences while working as a Science Engagement & Communication Specialist since March 2015. Previous roles include Adjunct Professor at San Jose State University, Scientific Programs & Outreach Manager at the Carnegie Institution for Science, and Project Director at the American Association for the Advancement of Science. Rossiter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Earth and Planetary Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, and a PhD in Earth and Planetary Sciences from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
