Barthélémy Sigart

Barthélémy SIGART has over two decades of experience in IT and asset management, currently serving as the IT Infrastructure Asset Management Lead at UCB since 2006. In this role, Barthélémy is instrumental in shaping the IT strategy focused on asset management processes and tools within the BMC Helix platform. Previous positions at UCB include IT Services Technology Lead, Head of IT Services Technology, IT Service Transition Manager, ITSM System Manager, Specialist IT Partnership, Remedy Developer, and IT Data Analyst & Report Writer. Barthélémy's extensive background includes managing significant upgrades of ITSM platforms, migrating to cloud environments, and implementing self-service portals. Prior to UCB, Barthélémy worked as a Helpdesk Analyst at UCB Pharma and held various roles in earlier companies, demonstrating a diverse skill set developed since the mid-1990s.
