Yoshiko Kadoya-Hattori

Yoshiko Kadoya-Hattori, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in regulatory affairs and policy within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Head of Regulatory Affairs Japan and Marketing Supervisor General at UCB since July 2022, Yoshiko leads a team to develop product approval strategies and ensure compliance in Japan. Previous roles include Global Regulatory Lead and Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs at Zogenix, where strategic regulatory initiatives for rare diseases and CNS epilepsy drugs were undertaken. Yoshiko's career also includes significant positions at Sanofi, spanning regulatory science, policy influence, and vaccine advocacy. An early career in pharmacy laid a solid foundation, further enhanced by a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Kobe Pharmaceutical University and an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute.
