Sheridan Dodge

Sheridan Dodge, M.Ed, currently serves as the Senior Director of Organizational Development and Learning at UCLA Health, a position held since September 2013. In this role, Sheridan leads organizational development consulting projects across UCLA hospitals and clinics, impacting over 30,000 employees, with expertise in crucial conversations, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and patient experience.
