Justin Baxter

Justin Baxter, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Justin most recently worked at UES as the Southeast Regional Vice President of Business Operations & People Planning. Prior to that, they held various roles at Dan Brown and Associates, PC, including Vice President of Business and HR and Business Manager. Justin also served as the Head Swim Coach at Bearden High School and as an Ambassador at the Knoxville Chamber. Justin has experience in the insurance industry, having worked as an Account Executive at The Insurance Group LLC. Knoxville TN and as a Commercial and Personal Lines Producer at Shafer Insurance Agency. Additionally, they worked as a Media Consultant at the Knoxville News Sentinel, where they excelled in new business development and client relationship building. Throughout their career, Justin has demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills.

Justin Baxter holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Leadership from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, completed in 2022. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned between 2002 and 2006. Justin completed their secondary education at Hoover High School from 1999 to 2002.
