Tracy L. Bastian

Tracy L. Bastian is currently the VP HR at UFG Insurance. Tracy has over fifteen years of experience in the Human Resources field. Tracy has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Iowa.

Tracy began their career in Human Resources at Aon Consulting in January 2000. Tracy worked as a Client Executive for five years before moving to Wellmark BCBS of Iowa in January 1997. Tracy worked in Marketing for five years before taking on a Vice President role at UFG Insurance.

Tracy L. Bastian has a degree in psychology from Clarke University and an AS & AA from North Iowa Area Community College.
