Niki Pettegrew

Niki Pettegrew, SPHR, is the current Director of People and Culture at UGA Finance, a position held since 2025. They previously served as Vice President of Human Resources at Open Options from 2015 to 2018, where they oversaw all aspects of the HR department and implemented key HR programs. Niki has held various HR roles, including HR Manager and Senior HR Generalist, demonstrating a robust background in employee relations, performance management, and compliance. They earned multiple degrees in Business Administration, including an MBA from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
