Judy Zagorski

Judy Zagorski is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at UGI. Judy has previously held the title of EVP Global Human Resources/CHRO at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. from January 2017 to July 2020. Judy was responsible for global HR function and corporate communications, and was a member of the Executive Leadership Team and Corporate Issues and Compliance Councils, Retirement and Benefits Committee. Judy interfaced significantly with the Board of Directors, Compensation & Organization and Nomination & Governance Board Committees.

From January 2007 to January 2017, Judy was the Senior Vice President, Human Resources/CHRO at BASF. As Chief HR officer, they were responsible for compensation & benefits, talent management, leadership & organization development, labor relations, employee engagement & communications and HR business partnering for a $20 billion organization with 17,000 employees across 100+ sites in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Central Caribbean.

Judy's first HR role was as Global Director, Human Resources-Engineered Plastics at Honeywell from January 1995 to December 1996.

Judy Zagorski has a Bachelor of Arts from Gettysburg College in Psychology and English Literature. Judy also has a Global Executive Development Program from the London Business School in Global Business Management.

They work with John Koerwer - Chief Information Officer, Paul Ladner - President, and Laurie Bergman - Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller. Their manager is Roger Perreault, President & CEO.
