John Guanghui Chen

John Guanghui Chen is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and architecture. Currently serving as a Sr. Principal Engineer and Director of Architecture at UnitedHealth Group/Optum since November 2017, John specializes in building enterprise knowledge graphs and utilizing AI techniques for data insights. Prior experience includes significant roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, where John contributed to application delivery strategies, and at Boston Scientific as a Principal Java Developer. John’s educational background includes a Master's in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota and graduate certificates in Healthcare Analytics and Artificial Intelligence from respected institutions.
