Brigette McInnis-Day is the Chief People Officer at UiPath. Brigette has over 20 years of experience in human resources and has held senior positions at Google, SAP, and VerticalNet.

Brigette joined Google in September 2019 as the VP HR for Google Cloud. In this role, they were responsible for leading the HR strategy for Google Cloud. Brigette left Google in August 2022 to join UiPath as the Chief People Officer.

At SAP, Brigette served as the EVP of Human Resources from September 2002 to December 2017. In this role, they oversaw SAP's Global Customer Operations (GCO) team and was responsible for the HR strategy for attract and developing people to drive Business strategy. Brigette also directed the HR Business Partner organization focused on global, regional, and country-specific enablement of all business leaders and employees. Brigette was also responsible for revamping all elements of the compensation plans as a member of the global compensation committee and introducing data and analytics to measure HR Strategy impact.

Prior to joining SAP, Brigette was the Head of Human Resources at VerticalNet from January 2000 to December 2002.

Brigette McInnis-Day has a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology & Business from Ithaca College. Brigette also has a certification from Women On Boards from Harvard Business School.

They work with Chris Weber - Chief Business Officer, Ashim Gupta - CFO, and Bobby Patrick - Chief Marketing Officer. Brigette McInnis-Day reports to Daniel Dines, Co-CEO & Co-Founder.
