Arup Bar currently serves as a Senior Manager in Credit at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank since October 2025, where responsibilities include analyzing business profiles. Prior experience includes roles as Credit Manager at both Utkarsh Small Finance Bank from April 2024 to October 2025 and U GRO Capital from February 2022 to March 2024, as well as Assistant Credit Manager at Satya Microcapital Limited from May 2019 to January 2022.
