Amy Valencia

Amy Valencia is an experienced project manager and training professional with a background in client experience and operations. Currently serving as Services Project Manager II at Immedis, a UKG Company since February 2023, Amy previously held the role of Operations Training Lead - Client Experience at Velocity Global. Amy's career at ADP spanned five years, during which multiple roles were undertaken, including Training Manager, Supervisor of Client Services, Onboarding Lead, and Client Account Manager. Early experiences include organizing the Press Studio at Colorado College and providing customer service and training as a Training and Sales Associate at Gap Inc./Old Navy. Amy earned a degree from Colorado College, attending from 2013 to 2017, and graduated from Warren Township High School in 2013.
