Olena Lozenko

Olena Lozenko is an experienced professional in tech and IT recruitment, currently serving as a Tech and IT Recruiter at Ukrtelecom since October 2012. In this role, Olena focuses on sourcing tech and IT talent, while also managing the full recruitment cycle as a Recruitment Manager. Additionally, Olena has experience providing mandatory training for staff and has worked as a Lead Economist of Labor, specializing in compensations and benefits. Prior to Ukrtelecom, Olena held the position of Specialist of Budget Financing at Державне агентство меліорації та рибного господарства України, where work involved budget programs and financial planning for the State. Olena holds a Specialist degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from KROK University, obtained between 2003 and 2007.
