Ann McSherry

Ann McSherry is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Head of ICT Customer Services and Support at Ulster University since February 2006. In this role, Ann provides leadership and management for IT services aimed at enhancing the user experience for staff, students, and visitors. Ann has previously held various positions within Ulster University, including ICT Service Centre Manager and Campus ICT Manager. Prior experience includes significant roles at the HSC Leadership Centre, where Ann served as Deputy ICT Services Manager and Acting Head of ICT Services, along with earlier positions at the Upper Bann Institute, Southern Education and Library Board, and the Department of Health and Social Services. Ann holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Ulster University.
