Erica Kinal

Erica Kinal is an experienced tax professional with a strong background in both federal and state tax compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Tax Analyst at Ulta Beauty since May 2022, Kinal previously held similar senior analyst positions at RGP and Marelli. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Guardian Industries as a Senior Tax Accountant and earlier experience as a Field Tax Associate at Accretive Solutions provided a comprehensive foundation in tax matters. Kinal began a career in tax at Plante & Moran, progressing from Tax Accountant to Tax In-Charge. Kinal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Oakland University, completed in 2005.
