Nefty Rosado

Nefty Rosado has over two decades of experience in human resources and talent management. From May 2019 to April 2024, Nefty served as the Senior Manager HR Business Partner at Ulta Beauty, where responsibilities included driving strategic objectives related to talent management and providing guidance within the Central Region. Prior to this role, Nefty was a Manager of Employee Relations, leading a team of 12 specialists and partnering with senior leadership on employee relations matters. Previous experience includes serving as an Employee Relations Specialist at Walgreens Boots Alliance and various roles at Target, where Nefty contributed to the HR function across multiple stores and regions. Educational achievements include a PHR certification in Human Resources from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
