Rick Olesky

Rick Olesky, PE, serves as the Transmission Line Lead Engineer at Ulteig since August 2025, overseeing overhead electric transmission line projects and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to operationalize high voltage power lines across the United States. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager II and Senior Project Engineer at ENTRUST Solutions Group from September 2022 to August 2025, and Transmission Line Engineer at WSP USA from May 2019 to August 2022. Between September 2013 and April 2019, Rick worked at American Electric Power as a Transmission Line Engineer, leading both internally engineered and outsourced projects. Rick's career began as a Lab Technician at Professional Service Industries, Inc. in 2012, where compressive strength analysis of concrete test cylinders was performed. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University, obtained in 2012.
