Chris Phenicie

Chris Phenicie serves as chief sales officer of UKG. In his role, Chris leads a large team of passionate UKG ambassadors focused on helping every organization in every industry unlock the power of their workforce through the company’s leading HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions for all people. From 2007 to 2021, Chris served as chief sales officer of the mid-market division and vice president of sales, during which time he successfully built three entirely new sales divisions. Chris has been part of UKG for more than two decades, serving in various sales roles and having begun as a strategic account manager in 2000.
