Patricia Carolini

Patricia Carolini currently serves as the Executive Director of Global Drug Safety Pharmacovigilance at Ultragenyx, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this role, Patricia was the Senior Director of Pharmacovigilance at GSK from 2020 to June 2022, where responsibilities included managing performance for the Americas PV team and overseeing strategic safety evaluation and risk management for a range of products. Patricia also held the role of Senior Director of Global Drug Safety Pharmacovigilance at biopharmas from 2013 to 2019 and served as Site Director for Drug Safety Surveillance at Pfizer, managing operations in New York and China from 1999 to 2012. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the College of Pharmacy, UAMS, and a Master of Science in Clinical Pharmacy from St. John's University.
