Terrance Waldenmaier

Terrance Waldenmaier has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in engineering and management. Terrance currently holds the position of Director of Engineering and Manufacturing at UltraSource LLC. Prior to this, they worked as the General Manager at Rollstock Inc from December 2019 to January 2023. Before that, they served as the Maintenance Manager and later the Plant Manager at PaperWorks Industries, Inc. from January 2016 to December 2019.

In their role as Plant Manager, they successfully transitioned the facility from Kansas City to Whitsett NC, developed a transitioning strategy, and increased operational equipment efficiency (OEE) by 25%. Terrance also held the position of Operations Manager at Maxi-Seal Harness Systems, Inc. from January 2014 to September 2015, where they oversaw daily planning and operations and implemented lean manufacturing practices.

Terrance started their career at CNH in May 2008 as an Industrial Engineer and later became a Manufacturing Engineer from April 2011 to February 2012.
