Keith D.

Keith D. has a diverse work experience. Keith started their career as a Sales Associate at Just Right Auto Sales and Finance in 2014. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Busser/Barback at Terra Bistro. In 2019, they transitioned to the IT field and worked as an IT Support Specialist at New Horizons of Portland, where they managed computer labs and ensured network maintenance. Later in 2019, Keith joined Enterprise Information Services, Inc. as an Information Technology Desktop Support, where they played a key role in upgrading over 3000 computers. In 2021, they joined Enterprise Information Services, LLC as an IT Client Support Technician (Tier 2), providing technical support and managing hardware. Keith also worked as a Cyber Remediation Analyst at Mosaic451, ensuring compliance with NIST controls and responding to data calls. Currently, Keith is working at UltraViolet Cyber as a Cyber Security Assessor, where they perform security assessments, risk analysis, and critical infrastructure protection within a large enterprise environment.

Keith D. obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, where they attended from 2008 to 2012. In addition, they obtained several certifications from CompTIA, including CompTIA IT Operations Specialist – CIOS Stackable Certification, CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist – CSIS Stackable Certification, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, and CompTIA A+. These certifications were obtained in 2019, with CompTIA A+ obtained in February, CompTIA IT Operations Specialist and CompTIA Network+ obtained in May, and CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist and CompTIA Security+ obtained in July.
