The leadership team at UM has a long history of experience in the field of marketing and advertising. They have worked at some of the biggest companies in the world, including IPG Mediabrands, BBDO, and Universal McCann. They have also held positions at smaller companies, such as Classic Media and WebMD. In addition to their work experience, the team has also been educated at some of the best schools in the country.
