Eric Thibodeau

Eric Thibodeau is an accomplished professional in the field of materials engineering and process technology. Currently serving as the Head of R&D and Process Technology at Umicore since June 2020, Eric has accumulated extensive experience in research and development roles, including positions as a Process Metallurgist at 5N Plus Inc. from January 2015 to March 2020. His earlier career includes internships at Hatch and Pratt & Whitney Canada, as well as a research position at McGill University, where Eric also earned a Master's degree in Mining and Materials Engineering in 2015, following a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering obtained in 2012. Eric's foundational education includes a Diplôme d'études collégiales in Pure and Applied Science from Marianopolis College.
