Mieke Hendriks

Mieke Hendriks has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as Learning & Innovation Manager at Umicore since November 2008. Prior roles at Umicore include Learning and Development Advisor for HR in Belgium, Western, and Southern Europe from 2015 to 2023, and positions in HR Admin and Projects as well as Training and Development between 2008 and 2015. Mieke also completed an internship at MCR Consulting in 2007-2008. Mieke holds a Master's degree in Pedagogical Sciences with a focus on Education and Business Didactics from KU Leuven and is pursuing further education at SyntraPXL since 2008.
