Irma Pamuk has a strong background in banking and finance, with extensive experience in credit analysis and commercial underwriting. Irma began their career in 2002 as a Lead Personal Banker at US Bank, where they worked until 2007. After that, they joined Sterling Savings Bank as a Credit Analyst, monitoring a $30Million portfolio and analyzing financial data to make credit recommendations. In 2013, they became an AVP and Senior Credit Analyst at Sterling Bank, taking on increased technical supervision and helping establish a commercial credit analyst group. In 2014, following a merger, they transitioned to Umpqua Bank as an AVP and Senior Commercial Underwriter, responsible for analyzing financial statements and producing credit analysis. Irma then moved up to the role of Vice President Senior Commercial Underwriter. In 2015, they briefly worked as a Credit Analyst for Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, before returning to Umpqua Bank.
Irma Pamuk earned a Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Business Administration from American InterContinental University from 2005 to 2007. Irma also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Northwest Nazarene University from 2008 to 2010.
