Lex Hsiao

Lex Hsiao has a strong background in hardware engineering and has held various senior positions. Lex is currently working as the Hardware Engineering Lead at UnaBiz since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Hardware Engineer at UnaBiz from April 2022 to March 2023. Before joining UnaBiz, Lex Hsiao worked as a Senior Hardware Engineer at ID TECH from September 2021 to April 2022. Lex also has experience as an Electrical Engineer at Bosch Security and Safety Systems from November 2020 to September 2021. Earlier in their career, Lex Hsiao was a Hardware Senior Engineer at Smartmatic from August 2018 to October 2020. Lex was responsible for tasks such as TRNG circuit design, AC/DC circuit design and debugging, ESD and EMI testing. Prior to Smartmatic, Lex Hsiao worked as a Firmware and Hardware Senior Engineer at a Hong Kong-based company from May 2016 to June 2018, where they worked on projects involving Easy-Card system cascade to WIFI dongle, embedded system firmware programming, and hardware schematic and PCB layout design. Lex'scareer started at Ability Enterprise Co., Ltd., where they served as a Senior Hardware Engineer from May 2010 to May 2016. Lex'sresponsibilities included Ethernet PHY layout design and testing, WIFI antenna tuning and coordination with certification lab engineers, and WIFI TRP/TIS testing environment building on the production line.

Lex Hsiao attended National Chung Cheng University from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering.
