Brandon Wolfe

Brandon Wolfe is currently the Associate Vice Chancellor for Diversity & Inclusion & Chief Diversity Officer at UNC Charlotte. Prior to this, Brandon served as the Assistant Vice President of Campus & Community Engagement, Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at The University of Alabama at Birmingham from December 2016 to November 2021. In this role, Brandon provided leadership and oversight for the planning and designing of programs, services and initiatives that supported student access and success and worked to meet the needs of various communities--internally and externally--while acting on behalf of the Vice President for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion as needed. Brandon also served as the initial point of contact for student issues that came to ODEI; worked with partners in developing or enhancing policies and programming that met the needs of a diverse student body; and served at the pleasure of the Vice President for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to establish and nurture relationships across the state of Alabama with a special emphasis on diversity, equity and inclusion efforts between UAB and surrounding communities.

Brandon Wolfe has a PhD in Administration of Higher Education from Auburn University. Brandon also has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Auburn University and a Master's degree in Adult and Continuing Education Administration from Auburn University. Additionally, Brandon Wolfe has a certificate from the Peabody Professional Institute for Higher Education Management at Vanderbilt University and a certificate from the AABHE Leadership & Mentoring Institute at Miles College. Finally, they have a certificate from the NADOHE Standards of Professional Practice Institute at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
