Jay Thaker

Jay Thaker is a seasoned health care executive with extensive experience in clinical strategy, operations, and corporate development. Currently serving as the System Executive Director of Corporate Development at UNC Health since April 2025, Thaker previously held the position of Senior Director of Clinical Strategy & Operations at agilon health from May 2022 to April 2025. Prior roles include Director of Population Health at Oak Street Health, part of CVS Health, and various administrative roles at Cleveland Clinic, including Senior International Program Administrator. Thaker holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master of Public Health from the University of Michigan, and a Master of Health Science from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, along with dual bachelor's degrees in Economics and Health Studies from Michigan State University.
